On 27 March 2025, the Great Britain-Cyprus Business Association, in collaboration with Spector Constant & Williams, hosted the GBCY International Investment Conference 2025.
This prestigious event provided a platform for several well-established and reputable UK firms to present investment opportunities across a range of industries, including real estate.
Simultaneously, leading firms from Cyprus showcased investment prospects in Cyprus, highlighting why the country is an ideal destination for investment, relocation, and residency.
As always, the primary objective of the conference was to strengthen business networking and collaboration between the UK and Cyprus. However, this year’s event placed a particular emphasis on real estate and broader investment opportunities in the UK, given the presence of numerous high-profile UK businesses actively participating.
At the same time, distinguished speakers and panelists from Cyprus presented their insights, reinforcing why Cyprus stands out as an exceptional location for investment across various sectors, as well as for relocation and living.
The exhibition segment offered an excellent opportunity for exhibitors to engage with investment migrants, prospective buyers of luxury real estate, high-net-worth individuals, consultants, and other delegates, facilitating valuable business connections.
